OVERVIEW

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • There will be a 20% Handling fee on all goods returned that have been correctly supplied and on goods returned outside the 7 days that Solar Panel Energy (Pty) Ltd agree to take back the goods.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Batteries are exempt from being returned.
  • Items sold on special or promotion.
  • Pre-cut cable.

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED: (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Goods have been used.
  • Goods are not in original packaging.
  • Goods are damaged.
  • Goods are out of the returns policy for 7 Days.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. EXCEPTIONS For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

RETURN SHIPPING
  • Note: Return shipping and subsequent delivery shipping is at the customer’s cost.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over R500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REPAIRS
  • No repairs will be handled by Solar Panel Energy (Pty)
  • Solar Panel Energy (Pty) shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which you may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs done by manufacturers.
  • Solar Panel Energy (Pty) will lodge any complaints and place you in contact with the manufacturer to process the repair work or replacement of any product that was purchased through Solar Panel Energy (Pty).
  • All costs for shipping to and from the manufacturer will be at the client’s expense should the manufacturers not offer a call-out or free shipping policy to cover the expense.
